ButtonBuilder is Back!

ButtonBuilder is back
ButtonBuilder is back! Now free and open source, AND with it's own new sexy website. This is the app that I first knew Realmac Software for. Back in the day when I was hand coding every site I made I was looking for a little app to take the tedious job of making web buttons off my hands. That's when I found ButtonBuilder and soon began a long and lasting working relationship with Realmac Software.

Hats off to the the boys at Realmac Software and RealmacForge for bringing this little gem back to the center stage!

Keep it moving

new polaroid idea
I was getting a bit tired seeing the same old shots in the polaroid at the top right of the page. I've had a few ideas as to what I could put there but finally settled a site of the week screen grab rotating through with each screen refresh. It's clickable too, so when you click on the polaroid, you get taken to the site of the week index.

Now since there are only three at this time, I've had to augment the library with a few screen shots of of our theme demo pages, but at least it keeps things interesting with each visit.

Site of the week #3

Site of the week number 3
Using our popular Tuo theme, Kevin Spencer, a 5th Grade teach is responsible for this site, run.spencersrus.com, the ongoing saga of a man on a mission. Spencer hoped walking could help him memorize Bible passages. He was too distracted to read at home. So he used a Sony Walkman on long walks to help him focus. Soon, he began running. He weighed 260 pounds in the spring of 2002. By that summer, he had memorized two chapters and lost more than 80 pounds in three months. He also began a running program at Raleigh Court Elementary School during school and after school on Thursdays... Read more.
