RapidWeaver 3.6 is here.

So we can now breath a sigh of relief, RapidWeaver 3.6 is finally here. So what's new and what can we expect from seyDesign?

It's easy to modify themes with new color picking features. You don't need to work inside the guts of the theme anymore, it's all right there in the Information palette.

Store you snippets of oft used code in the new snippet manager.

The flash slide show and regular photo album have seen some needed updates.

Tagging when a single category is not enough.

List management for creating professional looking lists without the fuss of learning HTML.

We've been playing about with RapidWeaver 3.6 for a while now and apart from the above mentionables, some of the highlights for us personally have been the ability to drag pages from one RapidWeaver project to another (long overdue), the maintained state of page attributes when copied and the new and improved look of the blogging.

So what does this all mean to seyDesign? We'll some of the new features in RapidWeaver require a little bit of theme upgrading. Some of the new features require a lot of upgrading. We are going to update all of our current themes to bring them up to the minimum RapidWeaver 3.6 standard, however, some of the more advanced features might not make it in to our updates, most notably the color selection options. We will do our best to see what we can do as we would like to bring as many of our RapidWeaver themes up to speed as we can.

You can be sure we will keep you posted.
